Caple DD611BK - Black Induction Hob - 60cm - A energy

The Caple DD611BK is a premium 60cm induction hob with an integrated downdraft extractor, combining powerful induction cooking and effective extraction in one streamlined appliance. Finished in black glass with a frameless design, it is suitable for both flush and inset installation and provides a clean, contemporary alternative to a separate hob and cooker hood.

The four-zone induction hob gives you responsive, efficient cooking with 10 power levels plus Booster. Automatic pan detection activates the cooking zone when a suitable pan is placed on the surface, while the Booster function provides a temporary increase in power when you need to heat cookware quickly.

For greater flexibility, the Bridge function allows two induction zones to be combined into one larger cooking area, making it particularly useful for larger pans and specialist cookware. Each zone has a timer function, while the minute minder helps you keep track of other cooking tasks. Preset temperature settings include Keep Warm at 70°C, Bake at 50°C and Boil Control at 90°C.

The integrated downdraft extractor rises from the hob to capture cooking vapours close to the source. It provides 10 extraction speeds including Boost, with a maximum extraction rate of up to 655m³/h and a noise level of approximately 59dB. The extractor can be installed for either ducted or recirculating operation, with a 150mm ducting connection.

Practical safety features include a child safety lock, residual heat indicators, anti-overheat protection, anti-overflow protection and automatic safety shut-off. The touch controls provide straightforward access to both cooking and extraction settings, while the black glass surface gives the appliance a sleek, integrated appearance.
