Despite some initial issues with delivery & installation…..no fault of Appliance World, basically down to the carriers employed to deliver the goods, overall very pleased with the fridge freezer I ordered for my 85 yr old mom. It’s the perfect size for her now she is on her own. Also would like to say that my complaint about the delivery services was dealt with promptly & very satisfactorily, in a very sincere apologetic & professional manner by Mike who immediately offered me a more than fair refund for services not delivered & also refunded the delivery fee. So many thanks for a satisfactory outcome & a great product which my mom is over the moon with.

Item was as described, well made and delivered on time. I managed to change over all the doors without any trouble apart from one bottom hinge pin - but that just required a bit of thought.

The fridge is roomy and just the right height for older folk, opening is easy and the controls clear and accessible. The freezer is a little small just a shelf and one box. The opening is a bit awkward on the side of the door. Overall it will suit my needs as a single elderly person.
