Good fridge and excellent service

This was purchased a replacement for an elderly Whirlpool fridge of the same spec.
Fridge was straight forward to install and is working perfectly.
Good capacity and good value for money

My friend had a very old fitted fridge which was failing and needed a replacement. This Hotpoint fridge fitted the bill in terms of dimensions, capacity, and door fitting. It came well packaged and was lighter than the old fridge. It was easy to adjust its height on the flat cupboard floor and get it level. The fridge door was as needed (hinge on right) but it would have been easy to fit it on the left with the supplied instructions and parts. It was also easy to fit the cupboard door to the fridge door using a few tools. The fridge door has a reassuring closure action and the LED light inside the fridge is a nice bright white which makes it easy to see things in the fridge. It has a useful set of shelving and containers. No quality issues to date but we have registered the 12 month guarantee with Hotpoint.

Fridge is well made and works fine. The two salad drawers at bottom are well designed with hinged lids that lift up to give access.
