Washing machine delivery and install

Overall, I am happy with the service you have provided. For delivery and installation the washing machine, you have arranged 3 times, first and second time your staffs were unable to install but last time it did. Thanks for finishing the job.

polite customer service but bad delivery

The machine arrived and so far it is working fine. The delivery was a really bad experience though. I have paid extra money for installation/removal of the old machine and two men to take it up to the apartment. It ended up with the delivery and installation on two separate days. The first day, they left the machine in the corridor of the house, with no instructions and without the extra parts which should have been left with the machine. The second day two men came for the installation (that went okay) and the removal which it ended up being between one of their guys and my husband! For the amount of money i have paid for the delivery it was a nightmare and they made it so difficult. The appliance world people were polite on the phone and try to help but did not do much in the end.
