When reviewing the cooker on line it didn’t give you a clear picture of the hob when it arrived at my property I was upstairs getting ready for work when my husband was downstairs whilst the cooker was getting installed when I came down it had been installed my eyes were immediately drawn to the burners on the hob the ignitions on three of the burners are at the front and can be seen very clearly looks very unattractive the smaller burner has the ignition to the side so cannot be seen from the front I was so so disappointed think they look so unattractive and totally just not right if I had have a clear picture when I ordered the cooker on line I wouldn’t have chosen it the cooker wasn’t cheap so will probably last longer than me I rang world appliance later on the same day and explained how I felt to be told nothing they can do once the appliance has been installed so very disappointed
