Payments can be made by Credit and Debit cards via our website - accepted payment types: Mastercard, Visa and Amex, we can send you a Pay-link or you can also pay by Bacs bank transfer. If your billing address and delivery address differ you may be contacted for additional identification. This will help to protect both you and us against fraudulent transactions. All prices and products quoted are subject to availability and can be changed or withdrawn at any point. Availability

All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability while stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will be in contact and give you the option of a suitable alternative or a full refund for the said goods. We endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes beyond our control. If we are awaiting stock, then delivery dates are estimated. We cannot take responsibility for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay. Please allow enough time for your items to be delivered before you organise installation as we cannot be held responsible for any expenses or loses resulting from delays in delivery.

Basic Installation Charges (when purchased from us)

If we are just delivering your new appliance, then the old one must be disconnected. If you want us to remove and transport it to a recycling centre. The fee is to cover the cost for transportation only.
