Promotion name: Win the Value of Your Order Back

Promoter: Appliance World Online Limited (trading as Appliance World Online), Registered Address: 543-547 Bolton Road, Pendlebury, Manchester, Greater Manchester, M27 8QT. Company Number: 4911776.

These terms govern the "Win the Value of Your Order Back" promotion (the "Promotion"). By placing a qualifying order during the promotional period, you accept these terms in full.

1. Promotional period

1.1 The Promotional Period runs from 8th June 2026 to 19th July 2026 inclusive. One prize draw will take place after the World Cup final on 19th July 2026.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

2.2 No purchase is necessary. You can enter for free using the route in clause 9, with the same chance of winning as any paid order. Every qualifying order placed during the Promotional Period is also entered automatically into the next draw at no extra cost.

2.3 A "qualifying order" is a completed, paid order for goods placed and accepted through applianceworldonline.com during the Promotional Period that has not been cancelled, returned, or refunded.

3. The prize

3.1 The Promoter awards one cash prize up to the value of the qualifying order. The prize is a fixed amount set by the Promoter for that draw, capped at £2000.00 maximum order value.

3.2 For paying customers, the prize is described as "the value of your order back": if a customer's order is drawn, their prize equals the value of the goods in that order, up to the cap in clause 3.1. The prize value excludes delivery charges, fees, finance costs, and any discounts, credits, or vouchers already applied.

3.3 For a free entry under clause 9, the prize is a cash amount equal to the average order value across qualifying orders in the relevant draw, up to the cap in clause 3.1.

3.4 There is one winner per draw, selected at random from all valid entries in that draw (paid and free combined).

3.5 The prize is paid as a bank transfer or refund to the original payment method, or by another method at the Promoter's discretion, normally within 28 days of the claim being verified.

4. Selection of winners

4.1 The winner of each draw is selected at random from all valid entries by an independent person or by a verifiably random process.

4.2 The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Notification and claiming the prize

5.1 The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided at the time of order or free entry, normally within 7 days of the relevant draw.

5.2 The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 14 days of the notification email. To claim, the winner must:

• Confirm their identity and, for paid entries, their order details, to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction; and
• For paid entries, send a clear photograph of the appliance from their winning order, installed or in use, in a format suitable for the Promoter to verify the claim.

5.3 If a winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to meet these terms, or provides details that cannot be verified within the claim period, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and draw an alternative winner.

6. Publicity and use of content

6.1 As a condition of receiving the prize, each winner consents to the Promoter announcing them as a winner, including their first name and the first part of their postcode or their town, on the Promoter's website, social media channels, marketing emails, and other promotional material.

6.2 Each winner grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish the photograph supplied under clause 5.2 and any related winner content across the Promoter's marketing channels, without further payment or approval.

6.3 The winner confirms that any photograph they supply is their own, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and does not feature any identifiable third party without that person's consent.

6.4 A winner who does not wish to consent to the publicity in clause 6.1 may notify the Promoter, in which case the Promoter may, at its discretion, withhold the prize or agree alternative arrangements.

7. Prize conditions

7.1 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative, except where the Promoter offers one.

7.2 Receiving the prize does not affect the customer's statutory rights in relation to the goods, and does not require the customer to return the goods.

7.3 The Promoter will not award a prize on any order that is subsequently cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent. Where a prize has already been paid on such an order, the Promoter reserves the right to reclaim it.

7.4 Only one prize may be won per order, and per person per draw.

8. Data protection

8.1 The Promoter will process entrants' personal data only to administer the Promotion, verify entries and winners, award prizes, and carry out the publicity in clause 6 where consent is given.

8.2 Personal data is handled in line with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://applianceworldonline.com/policies/privacy-policy and applicable data protection law. Entrants have the rights set out in that policy, including the right to withdraw consent to publicity at any time, subject to clause 6.4.

9. Free entry route

9.1 No purchase is necessary. To enter without placing an order, send your full name, address, email address, and the wording "World Cup Free Entry" by post to: World Cup Free Entry, Appliance World Online Limited, 543-547 Bolton Road, Pendlebury, Manchester, M27 8QT, so that it is received before the relevant draw date.

9.2 Entry by standard first or second class post at the normal postage rate only. One free entry per person per draw. Free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.

10. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion, or to amend these terms, where reasonably necessary, for example due to circumstances outside its control or for legal reasons. Any changes will be published on this page.

10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation, or a breach of these terms.

10.3 The Promoter is not responsible for entries or notifications that are lost, delayed, or affected by technical faults, network issues, or incorrect contact details provided by the entrant.

10.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize, other than liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.5 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, any football governing body, or any broadcaster, social media platform, or other third party referenced in connection with the tournament.

10.6 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10.7 By entering, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms
